01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

Term	Definition
"Platform"	The c9vip website accessible at https://c9vip.app, including all services, features, games, and tools available thereon.
"User" / "You"	Any individual who accesses, browses, registers an account on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
"Account"	The registered account created by a User following successful completion of the registration process and identity verification (KYC).
"IDR Wallet"	The Indonesian Rupiah-denominated balance held within a User's c9vip account, used for placing bets and receiving winnings.
"Bet" / "Wager"	Any real-money stake placed by a User on any sporting event, casino game, lottery-type product, or other wagerable outcome available on the Platform.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a User may make deposits, place bets, or request withdrawals.
"Bonus"	Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by c9vip to Users under specific terms and conditions.
"Wagering Requirement"	The number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
"WIB"	Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the reference time zone for all Platform operations, support hours, and promotional schedules unless otherwise stated.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the c9vip Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. c9vip strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request documentary evidence of age during KYC verification.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by c9vip or any affiliated responsible gaming body.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of c9vip, or an immediate family member of any such person. Such individuals are prohibited from holding a playing account on the Platform.
• You must not be using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to access the Platform, place bets, or circumvent any security or fairness mechanism.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the c9vip Platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. c9vip employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings will be forfeited.

3.2 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Required registration fields include your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify c9vip promptly if any details change.

3.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request or upon reaching a cumulative deposit threshold determined by c9vip, you will be required to complete KYC verification. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM). Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by c9vip support will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. c9vip will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted using your account credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you, and you bear full responsibility for all such activity.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

c9vip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Third-party payment processors not listed above are not accepted. c9vip reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice published on the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallets (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your IDR Wallet within 30 seconds of successful transfer confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks) are credited within 5 to 15 minutes during standard banking hours. c9vip is not liable for delays caused by the User's bank or e-wallet provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction and are subject to change.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by c9vip within 5 to 15 minutes for standard transactions following completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are credited to the bank account or e-wallet registered to your c9vip account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. c9vip reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the account dashboard.

4.4 Currency and Fees

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). c9vip does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your own responsibility and are not reimbursed by c9vip. c9vip does not accept cryptocurrency transactions.

4.5 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. c9vip is required to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks and may request documentation evidencing the source of funds for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules of the product concerned (sportsbook, live casino, slots, Mahjong, scratch cards). Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the User. c9vip reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an incorrectly priced market, or placed in circumstances where a system error has occurred.

5.2 Sportsbook Rules

Sportsbook bets include pre-match and in-play markets across football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require a minimum of three selections. Asian handicap markets, including voor bola lines, are settled according to the official full-time result unless otherwise stated. In the event of a postponed or abandoned fixture, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport's official rules as published in the sportsbook help section.

5.3 Casino and Slot Rules

All casino games and slot titles available on c9vip use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Displayed RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand or slot spin, the game round will be completed automatically by the system and the result recorded as final.

5.4 Maximum Payout Limits

c9vip applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day across all product verticals. These limits are displayed within the relevant product section of the Platform and are subject to change. Where a bet would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit, the maximum payout cap will apply and the difference will not be paid.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by c9vip are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to these General Terms. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in full in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain game categories (including but not limited to low-edge table games and certain live casino titles) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirement completion. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

c9vip employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses using multiple accounts, using low-variance strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements while minimising risk, or colluding with other players to generate artificial bonus turnover. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be subject to permanent closure.

6.4 Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim window, or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period, will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. c9vip will not compensate Users for bonuses that have expired due to inactivity or failure to meet the stated conditions within the prescribed time frame.

07 Account Security

c9vip applies TLS 1.3 encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Your password is stored in hashed form and is never accessible to c9vip staff in plain text. We strongly recommend that you:

• Use a unique, strong password for your c9vip account that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered on the Platform.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact c9vip support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

c9vip will never contact you to request your password, one-time PIN, or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from c9vip that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

08 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your IDR Wallet.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in and active for a specified period.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c9vip Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of wagering on predetermined outcomes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or latency to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players in any live casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market.
• Laundering money or using the Platform as a mechanism for financial fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's source code, algorithms, or back-end systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward c9vip staff or other users.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the c9vip Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and audio-visual elements — is the property of c9vip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express written consent of c9vip.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c9vip, its directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Errors, interruptions, delays, or inaccuracies in the Platform's services, including game results, odds, and market data.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or game studios integrated into the Platform.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by c9vip

c9vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time and without prior notice where c9vip reasonably determines that the User has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. In such cases, c9vip will provide written notice of the action taken and the reason thereof as soon as is reasonably practicable, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

12.2 Termination by the User

You may close your c9vip account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any available IDR Wallet balance. c9vip will process a final withdrawal of your remaining balance to your verified payment method within 5 business days of account closure confirmation. Accounts with pending bonuses or open bets at the time of closure request will have those positions settled before the account is formally closed.

13 Amendments

c9vip reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, c9vip will publish a notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, send notification to your registered email address at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under c9vip's international gaming license jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with c9vip's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause limits c9vip's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms by you.

Users accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. c9vip makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions.
